WHO WE ARE
The Foundation for Legacy Planning provides education and consultation to donors with charitable intentions. We help our clients achieve their vision of charitable contributions through effective financial planning for charitable giving. Our initiatives include Donor Advised Funds, Pooled Income Funds, Charitable Trusts, Charity Projects, Charitable Gift Annuities and other charitable vehicles which are structured to meet the needs and intentions of the donor.

President & CEO
Allan & Margaret have been married for 31 years. They reside in Saint Augustine, Florida. Margaret serves as Chief Financial Officer. She has 30 years of experience in managerial accounting and is passionate about serving charitable causes. Allan serves as President & Chief Executive Officer. He believes we all have something to offer, be that time, talent, or resources and his mission is to help people achieve their charitable goals.
Donna Lollis
Charitable Advisor
Donna professional experience is a rich tapestry that includes non-profit management, pastoral care, financial services & insurance. In her service as a Pastor, Donna has first-hand of the challenges encountered within the non-profit world. Her depth of experience enables her to offer comprehensive guidance; and by embracing a holistic approach that includes charitable planning she is able to help individuals and institutions achieve their philanthropic goals. Donna’s is passionate about empowering individuals as they strive to leave a lasting legacy and shape a brighter future. Donna and her husband of 22 years proudly call Lexington, SC, their home.
